SoCo Chic Boutique Launches Its Online Store, Built by Steel City Solutions

We are excited to share that SoCo Chic Boutique is now online, with an ecommerce platform we built for them here at Steel City Solutions.

SoCo Chic is a Pueblo West boutique with a simple, lovely idea behind it: "Cute, Curated, Colorado." Soft linens, vintage finds, hand-poured candles, jewelry with stories, and handmade treasures, all personally selected and tucked into Booth #22 inside The Peddler's Mercantile on E Enterprise Drive. They started at a Saturday market and grew into a permanent booth, and now they have a home on the web to match.

What we built

A boutique like SoCo Chic does not need an enterprise storefront. It needs a clean, fast site that reflects the care that goes into the inventory, and that the owner can actually keep up with week to week. That is what we focused on.

The new site includes:

• Product pages for the curated inventory, with pricing and clear "in-store only" labeling for the pieces that live in the booth.
• A shopping cart and checkout flow that stays out of the way and just works.
• New inventory notifications and an email newsletter signup, because stock at SoCo Chic changes weekly and customers want to know when something new lands.
• Social integration with their Instagram and Facebook, so the online store and their social presence point at each other instead of competing.

The whole thing is built to be low maintenance. The owner spends her time finding great pieces and running the booth, not fighting with a website.
